***NHS Wales Changes**

Good afternoon,

 

Following a recent change by NHS Wales, the Complaints, Incidents and Redress process has been renamed from ‘Putting Things Right’ to ‘Listening to People’.

 

We have updated the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Parent and Carers Toolkit to reflect this change. The revised toolkit, along with the easy-read version, was published yesterday.
